How can I purchase your guitar/product?
Please email us stating the Item ID. Item ID is stated on the very first line of the description of each guitar/product. We will then reply you soonest we can together with further instructions.
 

How long will the purchase reach me?

Right after we received full payment from you, we will inspect the item once again. This will take one or two days. Then we will send it out for shiiping. Shipping will take about 1 month to reach you.

Can I return the purchased product and get a refund?

You can return the item only if the item is broken due to the negligence of the courier services. Please make sure you record a video while unboxing the item. The video must not be stopped during the process of unboxing. The video must not be edited. Email the video to us. After we evaluate the video we have the right to determine if it qualifies for a return.

Please be informed that you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 

We will transfer the refund only when we received the returned item.

Can I view and try the guitar before buying it?
Our physical store are not open to the public. We only entertain serious buyers. You can book an appointment VIA email. USD100.00 non refundable fee applies one day before you walk in. If you decided to purchase our product; the product price will be adjusted accordingly from the paid appointment fee.

Please be informed we can only take two people in an appointment. Each appointment is 30 minutes. Time is not money but it;s priceless. Don't waste our time. 

Please bring your ID along. You have to report to our guard post to give your ID before they allow you to enter our premises.

How can I request a custom product?

Please email us your idea and your expectation. If you expect a guitar which look like and well finished like those branded guitars you find out there. Then, we are not the one you like to hire. 

Please be informed 50% upfront payment of the agreed sum applies before we can start the job. 

What are the themes you can work on?
We can work on anything except art based on drugs, satanism, nudity, alcohol, shaming on others, sex and all along the same line as mentioned.

How long do you take to complete a custom order?
It depends on the amount of orders we currently have. Generally each order will take 3 months to reach you after the date we received the 50% upfront payment.

Your guitars come with guitar bag?
Yes, we are proud to tag the guitars with a strong 10mm padding. Exterior material : 600D Nylon.
