How long will the purchase reach me? 
Once full payment is received, we will conduct a final quality inspection within 1 to 2 business days. Your item will then be dispatched. Please allow approximately one month for shipping to arrive.

Am I eligible for a return and full refund on this item?
Returns are only accepted for items damaged during transit by the courier. To qualify, you must provide a single, unedited video of the complete unboxing process. Please email this continuous footage to us. We reserve the right to make the final determination on return eligibility after reviewing the video.
 

Return Shipping & Refund Policy:
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

Refund Processing: We will only transfer your refund after we receive and verify your returned item.
 

Can I view and try the guitar before buying it?
We currently operate strictly online and do not offer viewings or testing before purchase. Please note that we provide detailed photos and a video demonstration for every item on our website. Simply click the 'See Demo' button on the product page to view it.

How can I request a custom product?
Please email us your ideas and expectations. Please note that if you are looking for a guitar with the exact look, feel, and factory-perfect finish of mass-produced, major brand-name guitars, we may not be the right fit for your project. We focus on unique, hand-crafted builds rather than replicating commercial factory finishes.

Please note that a 50% upfront deposit of the agreed total is required before work can begin.
 

What themes can you work on?
We welcome most themes and creative concepts. We strictly exclude any projects involving drugs, alcohol, nudity, sexually explicit content, satanism, or defamatory material.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Timeline estimates vary based on our current queue of orders. Generally, you can expect delivery approximately two - three months from the date your 50% upfront payment is received.
 

Do your guitars come with a guitar bag?
Yes, all our guitars include a high-quality, durable gig bag featuring 10mm to 15mm of protective padding and a 600D Nylon or similar exterior. Please note that because our guitars feature unique, custom body shapes, the specific size and color of the bag may vary to ensure a proper fit.
